We provide chemical testing, microbiological testing, special services (such as SPF & UVAPF in vitro testing and analytical method validation), and equipment rental.
There are chemical level testing (Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, Methyl Paraben, Propyl Paraben), microbiological testing, heavy metal testing, pH testing, and water content testing.
No, we don't send the hard copy form.
Customer can cancel the test within 1x24 hours after the sample is received. If it passes 1x24 hours, customer cannot cancel the process.
Request Order Form, PO/ Quotation approved, NPWP, and cover letter/ receipt.
We provide sample pick up services, specifically for the Cikarang area customers who carry out testing contracts or meet the minimum order requirements (Rp1.000.000).
50 - 100 grams or calculated 2x of the number of samples required in 1x test.
For liquid samples, use well-sealed bottles.
For light-sensitive samples, use dark colored and well-sealed bottles.
For powder samples, use a well-sealed alu bag.
For tablet/capsule samples, use well-sealed blister/strip packs.
For semisolid samples, use bottles/ jars/ pots and well sealed.
For microbiological testing samples, use the original sample packaging and seal them properly.
1-3 working days or according to the number of requests.
